I find your work so so interesting,at times breath holding, while I ponder the whole picture.
Wishing you every good wish. Regards Elaine Russell

  2. your paintings are beautiful and glad you won last year’s Glover Prize, that is how I’ve found your work!…dark and ominous at times, stunningly beautiful and cosy at others. so many of us wander the streets in the dark and see these images, wonder at the interiors of the spaces, find them mysterious.Great website to explore..thanks, Isabelle

  3. Hi Halinka, my husband and I found you and your work in a small gallery in Surry Hills about 11 or 12 years ago and promised each other that when we were ‘grown ups’ we would have one of your paintings in our house. We just bought our first house, in Brooklyn, and I can’t wait to see a beautiful, genuine reminder of home on our walls. And so great to see your career soaring since then

  4. Hi Meg,

Thanks! It’s so nice to hear that you have been following my progress for all this time. Congratulations on your new grown up home! Wishing you many happy years in it. I will be in touch by email.
